At duengju.com, we are committed to providing you with fast, secure, and transparent shipping services. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Osnabrück, Germany, and we currently ship within the European Union only.
Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to all countries within the European Union (EU).
We do not ship to countries outside of the EU.
If you place an order from a non-EU country, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Processing Times

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supply chain issues), shipping may be delayed. You will be notified via email in such cases.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order through our shipping partner’s website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the package was not collected at a pick-up point, we reserve the right to charge you for the reshipment.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately. We may ask you to provide photos or other proof of damage. If your package is lost during transit, we will investigate the matter with our shipping provider.
